I believe so many of us experience times in our lives when we need extra help adjusting to life transitions, facing new challenges or healing hurts from the past. I really enjoy working with both teens and adults. I have extensive experience in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, unhealthy relationships, marital problems, behavior issues, family conflict and more.

I also specialize in treating women adjusting to the challenges of pregnancy and motherhood. For many women the transition to motherhood can elicit intense feelings of anxiety and depression. I am here to get you feeling like yourself again and help the entire family adjust to this major life change.
