Michelle Raine is a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist (LCP) and independent practitioner officing out of The Center for Healing & Growth in Wichita. She brings 18 years of clinical experience including her work with Prairie View, where she specialized in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and most recently at Catholic Charities’ Cana Counseling office. She obtained a Bachelor of Psychology from Wichita State University and a Master of Clinical Psychology from Washburn University. Michelle works primarily with adults experiencing a wide variety of concerns including generalized anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder, PTSD and other problematic trauma responses, as well as emotion dysreguation and difficulty managing relationships. She uses evidence-based skills and strength-based strategies along with a Christian lens, honoring the uniqueness of her clients and tailoring treatment to individual needs. Michelle is an active member of her parish and enjoys integrating her faith into her work with those seeking healing. Michelle offers both in-person and telehealth sessions and is accepting new clients.
