I have operated my private practice serving clients across Kansas for nearly twenty years providing marital, premarital, family, individual, play, and group therapy to individuals, couples, families, and children. Utilizing evidence based strategies, I possess extensive clinical experience in the areas of anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, grief and loss, addictions, eating disorders, interpersonal conflict, intergenerational issues, abuse, anger management, financial management, conflict resolution and enhanced communication in a variety of settings. Most recently I have leveraged the use of tele health to allow clients to receive services conveniently from their home or office. What I love most about this work is collaborating with clients to set goals to meet their unique individual needs to create the life they desire.  I am a wife, mother to six children and currently working towards a therapy dog certification with my three year old Australian Cobberdog puppy, Maggie.
