I welcome clients of all ages, approach treatment from a strengths based perspective, and look forward to collaborating with you to meet your needs. I have operated my private practice for over twenty years providing marital, premarital, individual and family therapy therapy to clients across Kansas. 

Utilizing evidence based strategies, I possess extensive clinical experience in the areas of anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, grief and loss, eating disorders, interpersonal conflict, intergenerational issues, anger management, financial management, conflict resolution and enhanced communication in a variety of settings. I have a special interest in Internal Family Systems Theory, am a member of a Foundations Experiential Group via Formation for Formators through Souls and Hearts and certified as a CliftonStrengths®  Accompaniment Coach through the Human Formation Coalition™. 

Most recently I have leveraged the use of tele health to allow clients to receive services conveniently from their home or office. I am a wife, mother to six children and a four year old Australian Cobberdog puppy, Maggie.  What I love most about this work is collaborating with clients to set goals to meet their unique individual needs to create the life they desire.
